A Place Designed for Quality Time

Our modular lodges are designed as spaces of connection, perfectly in tune with their surroundings. The thoughtful design creates a subtle interaction between the guests, the home, and the surrounding nature. Indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly, complementing and enhancing each other. Landscape, interior, and exterior come together as one. With Parc des Sources, we aimed to create the perfect place to unwind, embark on adventures, and make lasting memories, while respecting nature.

Thoughtful Sustainability

At The Modular Movement, sustainability is not just a promise—it’s part of our DNA. Whether it’s our methods of working, production processes, material choices, energy management, or environmental commitment, we always strive for the highest standards.

All homes at Parc des Sources are equipped with a mechanical ventilation system for optimal air circulation. A smart heating and cooling system ensures a comfortable indoor climate throughout the year. Optimal insulation in the floors, walls, and roof maintains a pleasant temperature in every season. Additionally, interior walls are insulated to minimize noise as much as possible.

For the exterior cladding, each home features FSC-certified hardwood Fraké siding, rated in durability class 1-2. This material is both stylish and sustainable, with a lifespan of over 25 years and low maintenance requirements. Combined with floor-to-ceiling aluminum windows, this high-quality finish enhances natural light flow and reinforces the luxurious “inside = outside” feeling.

The Place Where Vacations Come to Life

In the landscape design for Parc des Sources, we carefully considered the unique location of the park, always with respect for nature. This concept not only provides a diverse range of experiences for property owners and visitors but also contributes to local biodiversity. The landscape shapes the park, offers privacy around the homes, and ensures unobstructed views of the forest and surrounding nature.

“In every project, quality, and comfort are central. For leisure stays or short breaks, these elements are even more critical. At Parc des Sources, we have successfully achieved this balance. One of the key features is the optimal connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, and vice versa.”
